Our Client Sends us their confirmed Manpower Requirement with related Job Descriptions, Salary Structure & Employment Terms along with the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Copy of Employment Contract

After receiving the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney & Copy of Employment Contract we can officially, advertise, interview and shortlist candidates according to client’s requirements

Selections are done by face-to-face interviews by the client, CV selections and by Video and telephonic Interviews. We ensure that these events are managed efficiently.

Once the candidate successfully completes the requirements for visa issue, we ensure that the candidate’s travel arrangements to the country of employment is facilitated smoothly & in time.

Post Selection Processing

Depending on the country of Employment, processing of documents flow as follows:
  • Candidate must have a valid passport.
  • Candidate must be medically fit and confirmed by medical reports.
  • Documents required by the country issuing the visa such as Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), Attested Educational and Professional Certificates, Clearance/Exit clearances from previous employment in the relevant countries are to be sighted and checked for correctness.
  • Liaise with the relevant companies to ensure that visas are issued as soon as possible subsequent to the correct documents being sent.
  • Ensure that Indian Government procedures and policies are followed as far as Emigration is concerned for example E-Migrate registration and document uploading.
